What time do you deliver the Yardlings?
Yardlings are typically delivered between 4:00am and 6:00am so the “recipient” can wake-up to a big surprise. <BACK TO TOP>
Can I request a different delivery time?
Yes. If you would like to request a different time, please let us know on the order form and we will do our best to try and meet your request. <BACK TO TOP>
I have an idea for a display, can I custom order one?
You can make a request and we will let you know if we are able to fulfill it. Please send your idea by email or call 765-488-0166. <BACK TO TOP>
What areas will you deliver to?
We deliver to Richmond, IN and surrounding areas up to 20 miles out. Check out the delivery page for more information. If you would like a delivery that is further away, please contact us for additional pricing. <BACK TO TOP>
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover; and can also take payments through PayPal. If you would like to pay by check or money order, we require 3 days advance payment for funds to clear. <BACK TO TOP>
Does someone have to be home when the Yardlings are delivered or picked up?
No. As long as we have access to the front yard, we can deliver and pick up without anyone being home. <BACK TO TOP>
Do I have to setup and take down the Yardlings myself?
No. That is our responsibility and actually ask that you do not remove the Yardlings at all as they can easily be damaged if not properly cared for. <BACK TO TOP>
How far in advance do I have to reserve a Yardling?
The earlier you reserve a Yardling the better chance you will have in getting the display you want. However, we prefer to have at least 2-day notice. <BACK TO TOP>
How do I reserve a Yardling?
1. Decide which Yardling display you’d like to reserve.
2. Fill out our online order form with the necessary information.
3. We will then contact you by email or phone (your choice) to verify availability of the requested Yardling; as well as arrange for payment. <BACK TO TOP>
What is your refund policy?
We will refund full amount if:
- we are notified at least 24 hours in advance of a cancellation.
- we are unable to deliver due to severe weather.
We will not provide refunds if:
- we were given the wrong house number and/or street.
- the homeowner requests that we remove the Yardling.
- there is a dog on the premises that prohibits us from setting up. <BACK TO TOP>
Will you deliver in bad weather?
We will do our best to deliver in any situation. However there may be times when we feel the weather conditions are too hazardous to us and/or our displays. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued. <BACK TO TOP>
What happens if a Yardling is damaged or stolen while displayed in the recipients yard?
Liability falls on the person(s) who rented the Yardling display. If a Yardling is damaged or stolen, we require that the full dollar amount be paid to Yardlings, LLC in order to replace the display. <BACK TO TOP> |
